  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders frequently ship within 2-4 business days. In addition, orders typically arrive to the customer within 2-5 business days depending on the customer's domestic location. Tracking numbers are available on demand, please feel free to contact us if you would like to request one.
  • What forms of Payment are accepted?
    The Emporium accepts most forms of electronic payment. You will receive a payment receipt after your order is completed. If you have issues checking out, please email us and we will be able to tell you why your payment may have not processed.
  • What is your return policy?
    We currently do not accept returns of art unless an item arrives damaged. If your item was received damaged upon receipt, please contact us and we can work to remedy the situation.
  • Do you provide Wholesale items?
    If a customer is interested in purchasing wholesale items, we may be able to help. Please contact us for further details.
